  1. This promotion applies only to bookings made for Marton Street, Lancaster.
  2. Students who book a Superior Single Room will receive a free upgrade to a Superior-Plus Room, subject to availability.
  3. Upgrades will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once Superior-Plus Rooms are fully allocated, the offer will no longer apply.
  4. If a student cancels their booking, the upgrade offer will also be cancelled.
  5. CityBlock reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  6. All standard booking terms and conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms.
  7. To qualify for this promotional offer, the tenancy agreement must be signed within seven (7) calendar days of the offer being issued, and a non-refundable £100 holding deposit must be paid in full. Failure to sign the agreement within this timeframe will result in the room being released back to the market, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other student discount, offer, or referral incentive.
  6. If a student cancels their booking, the promotional pricing will no longer be valid.
